Do you host weddings and events on holiday weekends?
Yes, however, Sundays before a holiday will be charged at the Saturday rate.
What is your cancellation policy?
For reservations from May 22, 2020 - December 31, 2020: any cancellations received within 14 days of arrival, no shows, or early departures are subject to a fee equal to the amount of the deposit required at the time of booking. Any cancellation from time of booking up to 14 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund of the deposit, minus a $50 administrative fee
What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
If you have booked an outdoor event and experience inclement weather, your event will be moved into one of our indoor locations.
Can we bring our own food to our event?
We only allow events to be catered by one of our prefered caterers. For more information, please contact us for a list of our prefered service providers.
Why are there some dates that are not available on the calendar?
We operate on a first come, first serve basis. If the date you are wanting to book is not available on the calendar, it has already been booked.
What is required to book an event?
Booking a date would require completing an agreement and making a nonrefundable retainer of $1500. That nonrefundable retainer is applied directly towards your balance and the remainder can be split into monthly or bi-monthly payments with the last payment due no later than 45 days before the event.
